Privacy, purchases
and player support.

A clear overview of how GLAZE BYTE handles game progress, purchases, advertising, and support requests.

01

Privacy policy

Your data stays minimal.

GLAZE BYTE does not require a separate developer account. Story progress, settings, local scores, and theme choices are stored on your device. Optional platform rankings use Google Play Games on Android or Game Center on Apple devices. The game does not request your address, phone number, or device address book.

Player profiles, friends and rankings

When you use platform rankings, the platform processes your player identifier, display name or nickname, profile avatar where available, and submitted game scores. GLAZE BYTE uses this information to authenticate your platform profile and display your standing. With your platform permission, friends rankings also use gaming friend connections and display names; this does not give the game access to your phone contacts or friends' email addresses. Google Play Games may sign you in automatically according to your Google settings. You can still play without a platform profile; online rankings require one.

Profile and leaderboard visibility follows your platform privacy settings. Google Play Games also processes SDK usage and diagnostic information for reliability and product improvement. Its data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. The game does not upload story saves to Google Saved Games or operate a separate player-account database. Platform records remain under Google's or Apple's controls until removed or retained according to their policies. See Google's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. The game receives purchase status and entitlement information needed to unlock Premium, but it does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Advertising

The free version may display rewarded or interstitial ads through Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and mediated advertising partners. Depending on ad availability and your privacy choices, those services may process a country-level coarse location; service user and device identifiers; purchase or entitlement signals; product and ad interactions; advertising and other usage data; and performance, device, language, screen, and connection information to deliver, measure, secure, and limit ads. They do not receive payment-card details from the game. If you submit an ad-creative report, they may also process the support information you choose to include. Their handling is governed by their own privacy terms.

Tracking choices on iOS

On iPhone and iPad, GLAZE BYTE asks for permission before allowing advertising partners to access the device's advertising identifier for tracking. Declining this permission does not block gameplay; ads may still be shown without that identifier. You can change tracking permission later in iOS Settings.

Support messages

If you email support or report an ad, the developer receives the information you choose to include. It is used only to answer the request, investigate the issue, and meet legal or platform obligations.

Retention and control

Local game data remains until you clear the app data or remove the game. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary. You may request deletion of support correspondence by email.

Children

GLAZE BYTE is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13.

02

Data deletion request

Delete your GLAZE BYTE data.

GLAZE BYTE has no separate developer-hosted player accounts. On iPhone or iPad, deleting the app removes its local progress, settings, scores, and theme choices. On Android, clear the app's storage in system settings or uninstall the game. This does not automatically delete scores or profile records held by a gaming platform.

To delete GLAZE BYTE data held by Google Play Games, open Play Games settings, choose “Delete Play Games account & data,” find GLAZE BYTE under individual game data, and choose Delete. You can also manage your Play Games profile and privacy through your Google account. Follow Google's game-data deletion instructions for the current steps. Google handles platform deletion and retention; removing local app data is a separate action. For Game Center records, use your Apple account privacy controls or contact Apple through its Data and Privacy page.

To request deletion of support emails or other information you previously sent to Ivan Onoprienko, email the address below with the subject “GLAZE BYTE Data Deletion” and identify the messages to remove. The request will be confirmed and completed within 30 days, unless limited retention is required by law or platform rules.

Purchase records are retained and managed by Apple or Google under their legal and accounting obligations. Advertising data is handled by Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and their partners under their privacy policies.

03

GLAZE BYTE Premium

One purchase. A cleaner game.

Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. In System Reboot it unlocks all five story chapters and bosses, every Play & Compete mode, and ad-free play, while preserving existing Premium entitlements. The free version includes the first chapter and Time Trial; Daily Shift and continuing selected free-gameplay sessions may require an available rewarded ad. The exact localized price is always shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before confirmation.

Your Premium entitlement can be restored in the game on devices using the same store account that made the purchase. Game progress is saved locally; deleting the game or clearing app storage can remove that progress.
